A different type of fried rice. We take white rice and coat it with egg yolks and then cook on the grill to make it nice and crispy. With scrambled egg whites, some fresh ginger, scallions and grilled Atlantic Salmon on top. The perfect mixture of complexity, simplicity, and freshness.

  • MICROWAVE - Lift the corner of the plastic cover (1/4-1/2 inch). Heat 1-2 minutes. Time may vary depending on microwave.

    CONVENTIONAL OVEN - Transfer food to oven-safe baking sheet, heat for 10 minutes at 350 F or until desired temperature is reached.

    STOVE TOP - 

    Transfer food to pot and heat to desired temperature
